Are you like me and the other 18.1% of the population suffering from anxiety? Then your gonna wanna take a look at these tips and tricks for coping. These have helped me in the past, and I hope they will work for you too!
1.) Give yourself a break! Go for a walk, exercise, practice relation techniques, do something you enjoy, listen to music, or read a book. Walking away from something for a bit can help clear your mind and bring you back.
2.) Eat well! Eating healthy, not skipping meals, and drinking plenty of water keeps a healthy level of energy. On a side note, limit alcohol and caffeine consumption as they trigger anxiety.
3.) Get enough sleep! If you have been stressed out, your body will need more rest then normal to deal.
